Family owned and operated autobody repair chain
Since 1977, that first shop on the corner of 6th and Yukon in Vancouver has expanded to a network of 42 Craftsman Collision locations in BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan and California – more than any other family owned Canadian collision repair chain. And our 600-plus employees are as committed as ever to leadership in quality and professionalism.
We’ve learned a lot over 40 plus years, but the one thing that has always held true is getting you and your family back on the road in a vehicle that not only looks great, but is safe to drive. Each of our locations offers quality collision repair services backed by Craftsman’s Lifetime Guarantee for as long as you own your vehicle.

Craftsman Collision Canada Day Fireworks
Our caring attitude and excellent customer service extend to the communities in which we do business. For example, the company has been the Presenting Sponsor of the Craftsman Collision Canada Day Fireworks in Vernon for the past 4 years with sponsorship totaling approximately $57,000 to the North Okanagan Canada Day Society (NOCDS). We are thrilled to announce that we will once again be the title sponsor for the fourth straight year of the Craftsman Collision 2019 Canada Day Fireworks.
“Craftsman Collision has been brightening people’s days since 1977,” said Bobbie Temple, Manager of Craftsman Collision in Vernon. “This is our once-a-year chance to brighten their nights as well.” Click here for more information on the 2019 Craftsman Collision Canada Day Fireworks.
Additionally, we offer ongoing support to North Vancouver’s Lions Gate Hospital to help upgrade emergency room equipment, Heart & Stroke Foundation, The Salvation Army, and Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
No one wants to think about having an accident. But if misfortune strikes you, we hope you’ll remember where to turn – and why.
You’ll be glad you did.
Bobbie Temple is part of a growing group at Craftsman Collision: female shop managers. She’s also been a member of the large Craftsman family since 2005, beginning at our Coquitlam shop as a detailer, then enrolling in the autobody apprenticeship program in 2006 and launching a new career as a body technician. In 2013 she decided to further her education in the field by taking two levels of the autobody estimator program. Smart move – she finished at the top of her class, then went on to gather valuable experience at various Craftsman locations including Coquitlam, Port Moody, Maple Ridge and North Van West, working in parts, estimating and assistant manager roles.
In 2014 she departed the Lower Mainland to help out in our Kelowna shop, then to our Kamloops location in 2017 and finally to Vernon in 2019, wearing her first manager’s hat.
Her approach to customer service?
“Customers are going through a tough time having to come to a collision shop,” she says. “I try to make the process as painless as possible.”
We’re glad to have her working for us, and if the need arises, you will be, too.
