You’ll be glad you did.
After starting 28 years ago as a detailer, Richard moved on to learn the parts and estimating dimensions of the business before rising to the level of shop manager. He has filled that role at various locations and for different companies for most of the last 28 years – punctuated by a brief stint at ICBC – with the past 7 years being spent managing the Langley Walnut Grove location.
In addition to his considerable on-site education, Richard has a diploma in Business Management from Kwantlen College, and public speaking awards from the famous Dale Carnegie program taken by so many of our managers. He has been a football coach and a volunteer firefighter, but today when not working to meet or exceed his customers’ needs, Richard enjoys ripping around the Oregon sand dunes with his son on sport quads.
