Keith Dyck

In 15 years of running his own plastic and vinyl repair business, Keith Dyck became known and respected by Kelowna bodyshops by providing quality work and great service. In 2010 he sold his business to move into collision repair full-time as an estimator and shop manager.

Thanks to a management philosophy that’s perfectly in tune with Craftsman’s, and the rare ability to simplify and explain an often complex and frustrating process to customers, Keith was a natural to fill the Manager position at our Kelowna location.

“There are many options for today’s consumer,” says Keith. “Good service requires great listening skill, tact and sometimes patience, so never leave your customers hanging. Work hard for them. Earn their trust and loyalty.”

Finding and keeping good employees is also something he’s pretty good at.“Create a good culture with your team and respect and productivity will happen,” he says.

In his off hours, Keith enjoys golf, boating and camping with his wife. Drop by and say hello to him and the team.

Our Kelowna location opened in 1998.
