Voted #1 Auto Body Repair Shop in the Okanagan for 2012. Thank you for voting for us and we look forward to living up to the moniker – Best of the Okanagan by continuing to provide you with exceptional customer service and craftsmanship.
Craftsman Collision’s 10,000 square foot Kelowna shop opened in November of 1997. It is the 15th shop to open for Craftsman Collision, Western Canada’s largest independently owned collision repair chain. The Kelowna shop is on the busiest street in Kelowna, just ½ block from ICBC. For your convenience, Craftsman Collision has a 2nd location in West Kelowna at 1070 Stevens Road.
The Kelowna shop is staffed by long term resident Tom Watters, Shop Manager; Delmar Horsley, Assistant Manager; and bookkeeper/receptionist extraordinaire Nicole Thompson and an outstanding team that supports them. The Kelowna team always tries to go above and beyond to minimize the headache of getting your vehicle repaired. They are one of the reasons why Craftsman Collision maintains a 96% customer satisfaction rating.
“We know it can be difficult when your vehicle has been damaged, especially when it’s through no fault of your own,” Tom said. “We want to turn a negative experience into a positive one by sharing the ‘Craftsman Sparkle’ with our customers. Most importantly, we want all our customers to leave with a smile.”
For these reasons and more, Craftsman Collision is the go to place for customers who want to get back to their daily routine and have their car repaired professionally and quickly. We want nothing but the best and guaranteed smiles.
Tom has been with Craftsman Collision for the past 18 years. He started his career with Craftsman as an Assistant Manager and quickly moved up the ranks to become the Shop Manager of the Kelowna location. He has been the Shop Manager in Kelowna for 15 years and counting. His career has always been in the automotive sector whether it was selling parts for automobiles or taking on the challenge of owning your own body shop. Tom is keen on sharing his knowledge and experiences with his team to ensure each customer receives a quality repair to their vehicle. In his spare time, he volunteers for Kelowna Minor Hockey as the head coach for Bantam Tier 1 and relaxes with a few rounds of golf.
