In Chilliwack, residents look to Craftsman Collision for auto body and collision repairs. Not only because we are the largest family owned and operated auto body and collision repair chain in Canada but we offer award winning customer service and quality craftsmanship. Our loyal customers have made us their number one choice for auto body and collision repairs in BC. We are proud of the many accolades we have received over the years, particularly the Consumer Choice Award the past 17 years running for “Best Auto Body Repair” shop.
Since 1977, that first shop on the corner of 6th and Yukon in Vancouver has expanded to a network of 42 Craftsman Collision locations in BC, Alberta and California – more than any other independent, family owned Canadian collision repair chain. And our 600-plus employees are as committed as ever to leadership in quality and professionalism.
We’ve learned a lot over 41 years, but the one thing that has always held true is getting you and your family back on the road in a vehicle that not only looks great, but is safe to drive. Each of our locations offers quality collision repair services backed by Craftsman’s Lifetime Guarantee for as long as you own your vehicle. Craftsman’s car repair services include complete body work, frame straightening, dent removal, auto painting, scratch repair, hail damage and everything in between. Having the the latest technology enables us to specialize in repairing any internal damage to your vehicle – to ensure your car is as good as its pre-accident condition and meets all safety specifications set by the industry for your make and model.
Our caring attitude and excellent customer service extend to the communities in which we do business. For example, the company has donated a quarter of a million dollars to North Vancouver’s Lions Gate Hospital to help upgrade emergency room equipment. Additionally, we offer ongoing support for such other charities as the Heart & Stroke Foundation, Salvation Army, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and BC Institute of Technology (BCIT) Foundation and School of Transportation.
No one wants to think about having an accident. But if misfortune strikes you, we hope you’ll remember where to turn – and why.
You’ll be glad you did.
Shop Manager, Chilliwack
Casey Reid’s autobody experience began almost from the time he was born. At his parents’ collision repair shop in Hope, he built his skills as a painter, prepper and estimator before eventually moving onto other firms in Abbotsford and Chilliwack. “I believe a successful shop is one where employees are excited to come to work – and to be the only shop customers want to do business at,” he says. “I get excited about learning new things, creating a positive work environment and overcoming new challenges.”
Like many of our managers, Casey is physically active, and spends much of his spare time running, golfing, playing hockey and snowboarding. Casey has been with Craftsman since May of 2012, he says he is thrilled to be working here and looking forward to a long and successful career.
