I brought my car (2000 black convertible Mustang) into your shop last Wednesday (with) small scratches on the back bumper. I asked if I could have the car back by 2:00… I showed up at 2:00 with a taxi receipt in hand (and) was repaid. The car was ready — absolutely perfect, including a sample of paint for my own use, two pads of paper for messages and best of all, a smile from the assistant manager, who honestly told me himself he didn’t think the car would be ready…
